This year, the focus country of the Rendezvous Istanbul Film Festival is The Netherlands. The festival is organized by the Türsak Foundation with the support of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the General Directorate of Cinema.
The festival, held in Istanbul from December 16 to 20, 2024, will feature film screenings, Q&A sessions, and producer meet-and-greet events, all open to the public free of charge.
An Awards Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, during which the Contribution to Culture and Arts Award, Contribution to Cinema Award, and International Rendezvous Award will be presented to their recipients.
At the Atlas 1948 Cinema, screenings will include films from the sections “Look at the Netherlands see the World“, “A Glance At Turkish Cinema“, and “Shorts from the Filmmakers of the Future“ All screenings between December 16 and 20, 2024, will be free to attend.
The festival program includes Q&A sessions with directors and film crews after the following screenings:

- Sweet Dreams on Tuesday, December 17, at 2:00 PM
- Future Me on Tuesday, December 17, at 5:00 PM
- Shorts from the Filmmakers of the Future on Tuesday, December 17, at 8:00 PM
- That Afternoon on Thursday, December 19, at 2:00 PM
- Bitter Coffee on Thursday, December 19, at 8:00 PM
- Good Death on Friday, December 20, at 8:00 PM
